The Raptors legend and longtime NBA star is in his first season with the Grizzlies, and at 37 this could be his last appearance against the team with which he made his name.

Prior to the game, the Raptors, who are celebrating their 20th anniversary this season, honored Carter with a touching tribute, which moved the eight-time All-Star to tears.
Carter played six seasons in Toronto and carried the franchise to its first playoff appearance in 2000.
