Brent Honeywell fractured a bone in his elbow during a bullpen session and is once again out for the season, according to the Tampa Bay Times. Honeywell also missed all of 2018 after undergoing Tommy John surgery. He potentially would have been in Tampa Bay’s rotation to start that year. He will also need surgery on his elbow to repair his current injury.
